Great work.

Great work pushing this through. The 4-year timeline and the taxpayer cost to resist basic transparency is revealing in itself. Dunno if it's intentional or just institutional reflex, but DAs treating officer names as CORI when they routinely publish civilian defendants' info definitely reinforces the unequal treatment concern. The fact that this even had to go to court after three supervisor rulings points to how much daylight sits between formal transparency requirements and actual practice.
